I’ve been building, wrenching, and racing on custom bikes for over a decade. In all that time, I’ve found that the best bikes aren’t necessarily the ones that fit neatly into an established niche. In a sea of mass production the most exciting and versatile bikes are those that occupy that liminal space between the categories. Within that space is the final frontier of innovation and creativity, and maybe even your next ride.
